Most common questions are answered on the help page so you do not need to wait for a reply.

Beta feedback and feature requests

Schriibli is still in beta. Feedback is useful, especially when something is confusing, inaccurate, missing, or not useful enough.

When possible, include the exercise, page, or feature you were using and a short explanation of what happened.

Use the feedback form for quick bug reports and feature requests, or email hello@schriibli.ch if you want to include screenshots or longer details.

Bug reports

If something breaks, include as much of the following as you can:

• what you were trying to do
• what happened instead
• the page or exercise where it happened
• your device and browser, if relevant
• a screenshot, if useful

Do not send passwords, payment details, or highly sensitive personal information.

Privacy and data requests

To request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, email hello@schriibli.ch from the email address connected to your Schriibli account.

For account deletion, use the subject line Delete my Schriibli account.

We may ask you to confirm your identity before processing a data request.

You can also visit your account page to request account deletion.
